Please note that:
All orders placed are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. All our orders are made-to-order and are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. Products purchased during any sale or promotion are also not eligible for cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please review the available options for returning or exchanging items.
Damaged/Defective/Wrong
Supply of Goods Customers are kindly asked to thoroughly verify and review their orders, including colours, sizes, quantities, etc., of textiles, garments, or objects before proceeding with the purchase. Similarly, customers are advised to carefully review the ordered products and quantities listed on the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. If any discrepancies are found or damage to the package is observed, please make a suitable remark on the receipt provided to the logistics service provider/courier when accepting the delivery of the products and keep the original packaging (including price tags, invoices, labels, etc.) intact until our insurance adjuster assesses the damage.
In the event that the product exhibits a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item has been received, please contact us via email at Injour.in@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +91 8920350833 on the same day the products are received. Your email or text message should include comprehensive details as well as images depicting any defects or complaints regarding the delivered product.
Your purchase qualifies for return or exchange only under the following conditions:
An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: Order Number Delivery Address Reason for Return In case of a defective or incorrect product, please send detailed images of the item you have received.
The product must be returned within 5 days from the date of notification by the Customer Service team. Please ensure that the returned product is unused and unworn and retains its original tags. Our team will inspect the manufacturing defects, following which our Customer Service team will reach out to you via email or phone to discuss necessary actions. Due to the unique nature of our products, we retain the exclusive authority to determine the appropriate resolution for any situation. Each request for return or exchange is addressed individually, and we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team for timely assistance and resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
We cannot provide refunds in cases where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been provided or if our shipping agency makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts and/or the recipient refuses the package.
Colours
We have made every endeavour to present the colours of our products on this microsite as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, we cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your monitor will be entirely accurate.
Cancellation Policy Please be aware once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
