Order Queries
How does shipping of products work?
All orders are fulfilled from our dedicated warehouse located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Shipments will be dispatched to the specified shipping address provided during the checkout process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number, as well as details regarding the shipping agency. You can monitor the status of your order by visiting the shipping agent’s website and entering the provided tracking number.
What happens if I am unable to collect my order?
Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver the package before returning it to us. Kindly ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a mobile number. This will facilitate expedited delivery of your order.
Please be aware that orders returned due to non-availability during delivery are ineligible for refunds or credit notes in lieu of the original order.
How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services. For deliveries within India, we accept all major debit and credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), as well as offer Net Banking options for leading banks, UPI, and Wallets.
For international transactions, we accept major credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express), PayPal.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Do I need to create an account on the website to place an order?
No, there is no obligation for account creation. You can continue with your purchase as a guest without the necessity of registering an account.
However, establishing an account enhances your future shopping experience at Injya, providing added convenience.

Can you combine two separate orders for reduced shipping?
Regrettably, we are unable to combine multiple orders once they have been placed due to regulatory and compliance reasons. Shipping charges will apply to each new order unless it meets the criteria for free shipping.
Can I modify the shipping address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, the shipping address cannot be altered once an order is placed. Please ensure and verify all details are accurate before finalising your order.
I reside in India and wish to place an international order. Is this feasible?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. However, please be aware that international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the shipping partner/agency upon delivery of the order.
Is it possible to book an order for delivery to multiple addresses?
No, separate orders must be placed for different shipping addresses.

Do you provide alteration services for products purchased online?
No, all of our pieces are custom-made. Customers are encouraged to consult the size chart before adding any product to their cart. If customers have specific sizing preferences, they can get in touch with us when placing the order, and we’ll try to accommodate them as best we can.
